Product Description

China clay in plastics provides stability of dimensions, resistant to chemicals, and make its surface smooth. Besides acting as a rheological modifier, this powder also functions as a functional filler. This mineral clay powder can also be used to hide fibre reinforcement patterns as well as prevent shrinkage and cracks at the time of polymer compounding. As one of its major applications, it is used to enhance the electrical properties of PVC cables. Films also contain plastic grade China clay powder, which imparts non-blocking or infrared absorption properties. It is one of the most important additives used in the manufacture of automotive parts based on engineering thermoplastics.
